Kambriella is a Teenager!

Kambriella turned 13 this year! She's officially a teenager! ;)

Kara made her this amazing sloth cake (since sloths are Kambriella's favorite animal), and since her birthday fell on a Thursday, she lucked out and we decided to check her and her siblings out of school a few days early, and take her and the family on a fun birthday celebration to St. George! 

We have tried and tried to get tickets to the Kanara Falls hike, and this year was our lucky year! We were able to get the tickets to hike ON Kambriella's birthday!

Kambriella invited one of her best friends, Emrey, to come and celebrate with us! Aunt Tiffaby and Uncle Colby joined us down there too, and we had a wonderful time!

We hiked, went exploring, had picnics, went out to eat, went swimming in the amazing pool, visited with Grandma Panter too, hiked in Zion's, got pedicures, sat in the hot tub, and played games...I think Kambriella had a really fun 13th birthday! (And I know everyone else did too!)

Happy 13th birthday Kambriella! We love you sweet girl!

 

Clements Reunion - Memorial Day 2022

Over Memorial Day weekend we hosted the Clements Family Reunion at our cabin in Milburn, and had a great time with our family. We had a big Dutch over dinner that was seriously to DIE for!

We played volleyball, did face painting, had an auction to earn money for the NEXT reunion, and even did the rock, paper scissors challenge for a great laugh! 

It wasn't quite the same as you might have guessed with Gerry not being there this year, but we did our best to make her proud, and strengthen the relationships that we still have here on earth. 

Family is such a blessing, and I am so glad to be a part of mine!

 

Being an SBO, Getting Braces Off, and Doing GOOD!

Kambriella ran for 8th grade Student Body Officer this year and made it! Yippee!!!

Her slogan was so cute, and so fitting...

"Vote Kambriella Trickett for 8th grade SBO and we'll make it through this year SIDE BY SIDE!"

We had a fun time making her video up at the cabin, along with a little help from my sisterTiffany!

Kambriella was also nominated Eagle of the Month at her school...

...and got her braces off, YAY!!!

She was also an SBO during her 7th grade year where she got to stand before the mayor at a city council meeting and give a speech reporting the state of the middle school and all of the good that they have been doing this year. I have been so proud of Kambriella!

...working so hard, AND doing hard things! Like rock climbing with the young women right here!
