I am so thankful for this guy right here.
He is the one that makes everything good in my life.
He has a heart of gold, and is so selfless. Thank you for taking my mom on this amazing trip! All you even wanted out of it was a giant chocolate bar! ;) And you even took that home to share with everyone. :) You are a gift. You are a gem. You are my FAVORITE!!!
This trip, this cruise was an amazing experience. I loved being with my family. I loved seeing new parts of the world. I loved the spiritual insights and things we learned in our classes on the ship from Hank Smith and Casey Griffiths. I loved all of the memories that came with it!
Thank you Clint for the once in a lifetime adventure with my mom.
The last day of our trip found us in Denmark!

This was Sunday, and lucky for us, we were on our way to find an LDS church so that we could attend sacrament meeting there.
Our group was so large, and so we split up into 2 groups so that we wouldn't be quite as overwhelming to a little ward...
I was SO grateful that we chose the bus that we did because our bus took us to a ward building that was RIGHT by the Denmark LDS Temple!
The gospel of Jesus Christ is everywhere! Spread across the globe, and it is so fun to see.

After church we got back on the bus and headed out to see more beautiful things...
After seeing the castle of the queen and all of the beautiful intricate details of everything money can buy...we were lucky enough to have a stop at one of the most famous churches in not only Denmark, but in the world!
The Church of Our Lady is an Evangelical Lutheran Church in Copenhagen Denmark with the original Christus statue made in 1833 of white Carrara marble. The statue of the resurrected Jesus was made by Bertel Thorvaldsen, and is the same statue that our church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints made it's modern day statues modeled after. Not only did we see the original Christus statue, but we also saw the original 12 apostles statues as well.
This was testimony building and life changing for me!
One thing that I loved while we were in the church, was when we gathered with our tour bus and sang I Know That My Redeemer Lives! The acoustics were amazing in the church and not only did we sound amazing, but the spirit was thick and tangible. The people at the church along with our tour guides told us that they had never had a group do that before, and they loved it! They loved how we respected and loved the Savior and brought such a loving feeling to the sacred space that we were standing on.
We made a stop at the market because we were all starving, and we ate lunch together before heading back to our hotel.
There were so many really cool things to see on our ride around town, but one of my favorites was the colorful buildings that lined the river! Such a fun and festive atmosphere!
We also made a very quick stop at the original Little Mermaid statue!
Hans Christian Anderson was from here, and so his literary works are renowned and admired here.
It was a fun little keepsake for me to have a picture here with the Little Mermaid. :)
I feel like all of my little girl dreams came true during this trip! So many beautiful places and things I have wanted to see, all with the love of my life, my mom, and my sister. And Colby too. :)
