One of my callings is to be Kesslyn's activity day leader, and so guess what?
We had the best Halloween activity EVER!
We had the girls paint pumpkins and dip caramel apples, and they had SO MUCH FUN!!!
My friend Maggi was so kind and brought EVERYTHING to do the caramel apples!
It was such a hit that even all of the adults did it, and even the teenagers that came home from school joined in on the fun!
That same day before the activity I was also able to meet up with 2 of my sisters with my mom who came up to stay at my house for her brother Daniel's funeral. He was 95 and had lived such a good life.
I was able to take my mom to Idaho for the funeral too, where we were able to see a lot of family that we hadn't seen in a while. That is the silver lining to funerals too. Getting to see all the people that you love.
We also took Kesslyn to see her friend Annie perform in the musical Descendants!
It was a fun time and I know it made Annie SO HAPPY to see Kesslyn cheering for her out in the crowd. ;)
So much good, and so much to be thankful for!
