August 31st, Kesslyn turned 8 years old!!!
She didn't want a cake, but instead asked for macarons and doughnuts! ;)
She also loves foxes and so we found a fox pinata that we knew she would love for kicking off her celebration.
What little girl wouldn't want to wake up to macarons for breakfast on her birthday? ;)
I also found the cutest little fox shirt for her to wear to school on her birthday...
...and while she was school, I had a brand new bedroom set delivered to the house from Gardener Village! I was so excited for her to come home and find her big girl bed and birthday surprise! :)
She LOVED it!
She also had her favorite cousin Eila come to stay the night for her birthday celebration!
We went roller skating with the family!
We busted open her fox pinaya and found LOTS of yummy candy!
We also went to Swiss Days in Midway that weekend for one last blast with Dallin before his school started.
We went to Kesslyn's friend and birthday twin Annie Mickelsen's baptism too!
We swam at the hotel in Midway!
Spent time with family!
Went to the temple together!
And celebrated Kesslyn's baptism the following week!
It's great to be 8!!!

We came back to the house for crepes and treats to celebrate with he family!
The BEST Daddy in the world also brought home his soft serve ice cream machine from work! Everyone ate SO MANY ice-cream cones! ;)
