Christmas Decorations

Yes, this year I put up Christmas before Thanksgiving! It's such a big job and I love to enjoy it throughout the entire holiday season I love the feeling in my home with the glimmer of light everywhere...and I like to document it here so I can look back next year to see where to put everything!

Friends Forever

Friends FOREVER...
This is my amazing group of friends from left to right:
Me, Veralynn, Natalie, Theresa, and Shelly
We became friends about 22 years ago when we all served together in the Primary presidency in the Roy 18th ward. We went through so much together, that we are bonded for life.
On November 19th, 2021 we all met with our husbands and had a dinner date at Twigs restaurant at the Farmington Station where we laughed and laughed and laughed!
I am so grateful for these girls...and for Kesslyn's sweet "grateful" picture that she made at school! 1st grade, age 6.

Veteran's Day Celebration

For Veteran's Day, our neighborhood planned and put together a celebration to honor all the veterans in our neighborhood. We had a chili cook off (Clint took 3rd place and it was his 1st time ever making homemade chili ;), we had cornbread and desserts, yard games, and a beautiful display of about 20 Veteran posters (made by Clint's graphic company, Artistic Sign Design) that went all the way down the lane. People had a great time learning more about all the people in our neighborhood, and visiting with one another. It was a great success!
(The first picture below is Joe Giles, a wonderful man in our neighborhood and ward, who is also a patriarch and was the one who gave Dallin his patriarchal blessing!)

Cynthia

My sister Cynthia gets her very own post because she is SO COOL!
Every year in the fall she flies down to Las Vegas from Alaska, and visits my mom for a couple of weeks. During that time, she goes on road trips with her and is sure to visit EVERYONE in the family while she is down here.
She is sweet, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, HAPPY, funny, selfless, and beautiful...
I LOVE HER.

Halloween 2021

Halloween 2021 fell on a Sunday, and so everything was celebrated on Saturday. (Except for the donut on a string game and other fun games we played at Tiffany and Colby's house on Sunday. ;)
Trick or treating, a Halloween dance for Gavin, Kesslyn and Greta exhausted from all of the candy collecting, and then finishing the night off with a movie. ;)
If you can believe it, I have NO pictures of Kambriella this year because she went with a group of friends, and I didn't see her the entire night. (She was dressed up as a football player.)
