Carew turned 23 this year!
We took him out to dinner at the BEST steakhouse in Utah, Ruth's Chris.
We actually pulled off a little bit of a surprise with a little help from Kara. ;)
She told him to dress nice and to keep his eyes closed...;)
I think he was pleasantly surprised and really loved the dinner. Later we also went as a family to the Grid indoor go-cart racetrack. I'm grateful for holidays and birthdays so we have yet another excuse to spoil our loved ones!
