This weekend we laid to rest Clint's sweet Grandma Clements.
She was 91 years old and ready to go home and see some of her closest loved ones.
The service was short and sweet full of memories of Grandma...
Clint was a pallbearer along with some of his cousins...
Clint's dad dedicated the grave...
We gathered around and took pictures with the family.
After the funeral we all gathered at Clint's dad's house to share some root beer floats and open some gifts for Father's Day.
One thing that was really cool, was how just a week before, Jim had told Marla a story of how badly he wanted a pair of cowboy boots in high school. The spirit is amazing, because we had no idea of the story when I had suggested that we get Jim some cowboy boots for Father's Day!
He thought Marla had said something for sure, but she never did.
I love the Spirit and the fruits we see when we listen to it. :)
Clint and I also got the new Tesla home and went out for a date in it. It is a fun car! Definitely a different experience "driving" a computer!
And on Father's Day we had a really nice day. Clint got to talk to all of his children even though they are spread out all across the world. ;)
We went to Elder Allen's homecoming in Logan, had honey walnut shrimp for dinner, and opened his gifts. He was SO excited about his new Chosen DVD's! ;)
Meanwhile, the kids are already having a ball in Hawaii!Kambriella said that Raya LOVES her..
..and of course Easton LOVES Gavin too...
The wind and the waves are calling their names, and they must go! ;)
Thank you Kierra and Riley for letting these kids come to stay with you for a fun summer vacation!
