The morning after the boys got home from Montana, Clint got up early to surprise me with my "souvenir" from his trip...

It was also the very last weekend before school was about to start, and so I decided it would be the perfect time to take the little girls and a few of their friends and have a night at the cabin!
We packed up, and then picked up the girls and headed out!
We stopped and got ice cream and French fries on the way. ;)
We walked the property looking for sticks to paint for the wind chimes that we were going to make...
..and then somehow, the painting of sticks turned to painting of faces!
It was a lot of fun watching the girls being creative, and then the painting became a competition...;)
..and then before I knew it, my face had paint on it too! :)

After we were done painting we took a ride into Fairview and had dinner at T- Cee's!
They have such yummy food with that touch of small town hospitality.
The girls giggled (or maybe I should say laughed hysterically) all through dinner!
When we got back to the cabin we played games, watched a movie, and ate treats until we couldn't stay up any longer.
It was a great end of summer celebration and I am pretty sure everyone had a blast. ;)
